1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AI Resume (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the service
You may use the Service to create, preview, and download resumes and cover letters for lawful, personal job-search purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the documents you generate.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Free import and ATS analysis are available without an account; paid upgrades require sign-in.
4. Payments & billing
Paid packages are billed in USD at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our configured payment provider (Razorpay or Stripe, depending on deployment). Charges are one-time for the selected package unless otherwise stated. You must complete checkout while signed in to the account that should receive the upgrade.
5. Refunds
Because our products deliver immediate digital access (AI resume enhancement, premium templates, and related features), purchases are generally non-refundable once the upgrade has been delivered or used. If you were charged but your upgrade did not unlock, contact us at the email below with your checkout session ID and we will investigate promptly. Duplicate charges caused by a technical error will be refunded or credited.
6. AI-generated content
Resume and cover-letter content is generated with the assistance of AI and may require review and editing. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or that any document will pass a specific applicant tracking system.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, templates, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. The content you input and the documents you generate remain yours.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it to create misleading or fraudulent documents.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
