Do I need to build a new resume?

Do I need to pay before analyzing?

Can I edit my resume online for free?
Yes. After you upload, you can review and edit every section in our resume editor — contact details, experience, skills, and more. Choose a free professional template and download a PDF without paying.
How can I improve my resume before applying?

Do you sell my resume data?
No. We never sell your résumé content or personal information to recruiters, advertisers, or data brokers. Your data is used only to provide the features you choose — parsing, analysis, editing, and optional AI optimization.
How does AI improve my resume?
AI suggests improvements based on your uploaded résumé and, when you use job matching, the job description. It can extract structure, score ATS compatibility, recommend keyword gaps, and rewrite weak bullets — but you always review and edit before downloading.
Is it really free?
Yes. Upload, edit your résumé online, run ATS analysis, use free templates, and download a PDF without paying. One-time paid upgrades are optional — for AI content optimization, premium templates, or job-specific matching.
Where is my data stored?
Your résumé and account data are stored on secure servers used to operate AI Resume. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and kept only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my resume?
Yes. Email us from the address on your account and request deletion of your résumé or full account. We remove your data when you ask — your content belongs to you.
Is the PDF ATS friendly?
Our templates use standard headings, clean typography, and single-column layouts designed for ATS parsing. We also score your content before download. No template guarantees every employer's system — always review the final PDF.
Do recruiters see my resume?
No. Uploading to AI Resume does not publish your résumé to recruiters or job boards. Only you control when and where you submit your downloaded file. We do not sell your data to employers.
Can I edit later?
Yes. After upload you can edit any section before downloading. If you create an account, you can return to saved work from your dashboard. Guest session data is available until you refresh unless you log in.
Which countries do you support?
Our formatting follows hiring conventions used across the US, UK, Australia and Canada, and works for most international job markets.
